The Soft pvc mat making machine is an automatic dispensing device designed for producing PVC bar mats, coasters,
and promotional display pads. With simple operation and stable performance, it is suitable for factories of all sizes.

PVC products processing steps

Step 1:  Used paste mixing machine to mix PVC raw material, include PVC powder, PVC oil, soybean oil, PVC colors , to get liquid PVC material, which can be used on material bottle of PVC dispensing machine.

Step 2: put liquid PVC material in vacuum mixing barrel to take air out from PVC material.

Step 3: Put PVC material in material bottle on soft pvc mat dispensing machine ,  make processing program and download to machine, then used 12 colors PVC dispensing machine to   fill face color on mold.

Step 4: Put mold which been filled with face color on Automatic PVC Heating Oven to heating and curing.

Step 5:When face color finished curing, take mold on 12 colors dispensing machine to fill base color.

Step 6:After finished fill base color on mold, put mold in oven to heating and curing base color. If single side PVC products, after this step, products are formed, just need to take out from mold and quality inspection.
