How to Choose a PVC Dispensing Machine
For entrepreneurs looking to start a small PVC business, choosing the right equipment is crucial when you plan to begin by manufacturing PVC products yourself.
Below, I will discuss seven key points to consider when selecting PVC machinery.
1. First, look at how many colors your product needs
If your design uses 6 colors or less, a 12-color machine is more than enough.
If your design has more than 6 colors, then you should consider an 18-color or 24-color machine.
2. Then check your mold size
If your mold is around 300 × 300 mm, the 12-color machine works perfectly.
Its table size is about 650 × 450 mm, and you can use the left and right sides at the same time, which is very convenient.
If your mold is bigger — for example, length close to 700 mm — then you should go for our 18-color or 24-color large platform, with a working area of 740 × 430 mm.
3. Choose the control style your workers like
Some operators prefer computer control, some prefer a joystick.
You can choose whichever is easier for your team.
4. Check if the working table has heating
A heated table helps the PVC flow better and makes dispensing much smoother.
This is especially important in cold areas or in winter.
If your factory is in a cold place, this function is really necessary.
5. Look at the supplier’s service
Before buying, make sure the supplier can offer:
Training (on-site or online)
Production formulas and technical guidance
Enough spare parts
Fast technical support
WELDO can provide all of these.
6. Check for CE certification
Many countries need CE certification to import machines, so this is something you shouldn’t ignore.
7. Consider the company’s experience
A good supplier should have been in the market for many years.
Usually, the longer the company has been doing this, the more reliable their machines and service will be.
